By accessing or using Virtatech's website, products, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Virtatech provides software engineering, product design, and consulting services. The scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement are defined in a separate statement of work or service agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the deliverables we create for clients are transferred upon full payment. Our website content, branding, and pre-existing tools remain our property.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of our agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
Virtatech's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting unauthorized access, introducing malware, or interfering with its operation.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with its terms. We reserve the right to restrict access to our website for violations of these terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
